The Clam Shell hat is worked in modular pieces that build on each other. Add a change in color with each tier and you end up with a fun, stylish hat!
Size: 21” circumference
Gauge: 24 sts/4”
Needles: US 3 double point needles or size to obtain gauge
Materials: Shown in Farmhouse Yarns Fannie’s Fingering (80 % Merino Wool /20% Nylon: 400yds/113g).
Note: The sample is knit using two shades of the same color hand-dyed yarn.
